Located in the town of Conquest in Cayuga County, N.Y., the Garnet Energy Center is a proposed 200-megawatt photovoltaic solar energy generating facility.
Project facilities will include universal-scale solar panels, access roads, electric collection lines and electrical interconnection facilities.
The planned onsite collection substation and interconnection facilities will be located adjacent to the solar arrays.
